Because conversion runs on AI document intelligence, statements from other banks that follow a standard layout may also work — contact us with a sample and we'll confirm.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We never share your financial data with third parties. Our systems are SOC 2 aligned. Read our security policy for full details.

How accurate is the extraction?

Accepted Answer

Our AI achieves 99.5% accuracy across all supported bank formats. The system uses a two-pass validation — Wave 1 samples the statement structure, Wave 2 processes every transaction. You can review and edit all extracted data before exporting.

Can I map transactions to my existing Tally ledger?

Yes. You set up your ledger mapping once, and the system remembers it for all future conversions. This means consistent categorization across all your clients and statements.

Do you support multi-user access?

Yes, our Growth plan includes 5 user seats and the Advance plan includes unlimited users. Each user has their own login, and you can control permissions at the firm level.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF bank statements (both text-based and scanned), image files (JPG, PNG), and exported statement formats from major banking portals. We recommend using the highest quality PDF export from your bank.

How do I import the XML into Tally?

In Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9, go to Gateway of Tally → Import Data → Vouchers, then select the XML file. The import maps directly to your ledger. We also provide a TDL file for enhanced import automation.

What if the extraction fails or has errors?

Failed extractions don't count against your page quota. You can retry with a better-quality PDF, or contact our support team — we'll help debug the issue. Our accuracy means failures are rare (less than 0.5%).

Absolutely. Every new account gets 30 free pages. No credit card required. You can convert up to 30 pages of statements, preview the output, and download the XML to verify quality before subscribing.

What is a 'page' in your pricing?

A page is one side of a bank statement PDF. Most statement PDFs are 3-8 pages. Your page quota covers all pages across all uploaded statements. Unused pages expire at the end of your billing year.
